Material Used and Specifications :
All wood material used will be grade A 1 knot per meter. Wood quality will be impregnated Grade A Pine (Pinus SSP). All interior and exterior will be coated and painted according to customer request. Wood material stability and durability will be opposed by contractor.
Horizontal Beams will be 5 x 10cm, Roof will be 5 x 10cm & 5 x 15cm. Profiles to beams will be 5x10cm timber.
Wall Specifications:
Pine Timber 15x10cm wood will be used on Concrete surface to rise to a height of 230cm. The material can be painted to specified color. Installation timber will be 5x10cm and 5x15cm for the roof profiles.
Roof Specifications:
On a wood frame, pressure wood will be installed from the internal side. Insulation will be installed in between. Roof to will be covered with imported Shingles of color brown. Water Resistant Membrane will be installed underneath the shingles.
Shingles used are imported from the United States. 25 year warranty and color option are available.
Flooring Specifications:
Wood floorings will be used for the interior ground base.
Ceiling Specifications:
The ceiling will be covered with reverse paneling.
Doors & Window frames :
Doors will be produced from Yellow Pine with the stated measurements in the project, 4+9+4mm thickness, and plain heat protected glass. Windows will be installed according top customer orders.
Main entrance door will be one way open single door. Made from wood, & will be coated with varnish.
Electric Fittings :
Electric Fittings will be done by using 3x2 5’ Antrigon Cable, fuse box & necessary equipment. All equipment will be flush installed. All material will be TSE standard & approved.
Piping Fittings:
All cold, hot and drainage pipes will be PVC material and TSE standard & approved.
Paint :
The wood will be impregnated by imported substance to prevent, molding, insect molds, & decays. Interior will be varnished with clear varnish. Exterior will be water or oil based wood paint. Exterior paint job will not need redo up to 4-5 years.
